Abstract of JP11212076
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the
color filter for the liquid crystal display device
which cause no wire breaking in a transparent
conductive film layer 4.
SOLUTION: Respective pixels constituting a
color filter layer 3 are at nearly the same
height T and end parts of respective adjacent
pixels overlap with each other on a black
matrix layer 2; and the height of the overlap
part T is nearly equal to the height T of the
respective pixels and the height of the entire
surface of the color filter layer 3 is nearly
equal. Consequently, the color filter for the
liquid crystal display device which never
causes wire disconnection in the transparent
conductive layer which is formed on the color
filter layer 3 to constitute electrodes is
obtained. Consequently, the display quality of
the liquid crystal display device can be
improved.
